1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Grenardi Czechia s.r.o., reg. No. IČO 22463739, registered office: náměstí Curieových 43/5, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic (hereinafter “Grenardi”), operates the website www.grenardi.cz (hereinafter “Website”).
These Terms, together with our delivery policy, return policy, warranty policy, and privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grenardi (hereinafter “Terms”).
By accessing and using this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms without reservation.
A purchase made via the Website constitutes a distance contract in accordance with Sections 1820 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and is subject to Czech consumer protection laws.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Grenardi processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Czech Personal Data Processing Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
We collect only the data necessary to fulfill your order and provide customer support. These include your name, address, email, phone number, and optional preferences.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where legally required. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
Complaints can be addressed to the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR PERSONAL USE
All products and services on this Website are intended for personal use only. Resale is prohibited. Grenardi reserves the right to limit or cancel orders suspected of commercial intent.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION ACCURACY
Grenardi aims to keep all product descriptions, prices, and images accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Website—text, logos, images, graphics, videos, data compilations—is the property of Grenardi or its licensors and is protected by Czech copyright law and international treaties.
Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is prohibited, except for private personal use with attribution.
6. PRICING
Prices are listed in Czech koruna (CZK) and include VAT (currently 21%). Prices may be updated without prior notice.
Delivery within the Czech Republic is free of charge.
7. PAYMENT & SECURITY
You can pay via VISA or MasterCard using PayPal. All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology. Grenardi does not store payment card details.

- Grenardi does not store your payment card data or information of other means of payment.
- The technical security of payments is ensured by an SSL certificate, which guarantees the security of data transfer and unavailability to a third party.
8. DELIVERY
We offer free shipping within the Czech Republic. Details are outlined in our shipping and returns policy.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Section 1829 of the Civil Code, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason.
You must return the goods in their original condition. Exceptions apply to custom-made or engraved items (§ 1837).

10. WARRANTY AND QUALITY
All products are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty under Czech law.
Claims can be submitted via email or our returns process. Please see the warranty policy for instructions.
11. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to use the Website lawfully and ethically. You may not interfere with its functionality or attempt unauthorized access to its content or services.
Violations may result in liability for damages to Grenardi or its affiliates.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Grenardi is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from our Website. Use of such links is at your own risk.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Grenardi is not liable for service interruptions, errors, data loss, or damages unless explicitly required by Czech law.
We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, even if we were advised of such a possibility.

The Website’s content is protected by copyright. You may download or print content for personal use only. For sharing, you must include a visible hyperlink to www.grenardi.cz and credit the source.
15. INDEMNIFICATION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

By accepting these Terms, you agree to receive contractual notices (order confirmations, changes, etc.) by email.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
18. FINAL PROVISIONS
Grenardi may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Website. Continued use implies acceptance of the new Terms.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining sections remain enforceable.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
Grenardi shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or system failures.
